1. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, payment is expected at the completion of the appointment.
New clients will need to pre-pay for their first exam to secure the appointment and to encourage the client to attend the appointment.
For clients who require financial assistance, this must be discussed prior to the appointment. For those who qualify, Scratch Pay https://scratchpay.com may be an option. The client will have to apply directly with Scratch Pay and approval is known within minutes.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
