Compassion. We believe in the human-animal bond and in the value pets play in the lives of people.

Transparency. We believe in providing honest guidance in an effort to build integrity and a culture of trust amongst our team and clientele.

Professionalism. We are dedicated to the care and well-being of our patients, the support of their guardians, and promoting a culture of teamwork and team support.

We are an AAHA and Cat Friendly Certified Hospital and follow Fear Free protocols . Our team believes that these are the stepping stones to providing the best possible care for your pets.

We’re pleased to offer the following services at the Scottsdale Veterinary Hospital

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and customer care team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you have a doctor preference, please let our staff know when booking your appointment. See our Doctor’s Schedule to find out when your pet’s favourite doctor is on shift.

At Scottsdale Veterinary Hospital we have five Veterinarians on staff to provide ongoing care for your pets.

Emergency & Urgent Care

Emergencies may consist of problems such as snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians and technologists will be able to assess the status of your pet and advise on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen. More urgent cases may be admitted directly into the treatment area of the hospital for immediate care. We try to provide as much flexibility and convenience as possible with appointments available in the evenings and on weekends. Please call us at 604-590-2121 if you need to make special arrangements to drop your pet off before work, or the evening before a procedure or appointment.
